Privacy Policy

This policy describes how MSI Partners LLC ("ARFID Ally", "we", "us") collects and uses information on this website (arfidally-funnel.vercel.app) and in connection with The ARFID Mom's Playbook and the ARFID Ally app. We built this business for exhausted parents, and we try to treat your information the way we'd want ours treated: collected sparingly, used plainly, never sold.

What we collect

• Contact details: your email address and name, when you place an order, take the check-in quiz, or contact support.
• Shipping address: when you order the physical book or other physical items, so we can ship them.
• Order and payment information: what you purchased and the order amount. Payments are processed by Stripe; your full card number never touches our servers.
• Quiz answers: if you take the 60-second check-in, your answers and the resulting pattern, so we can show your results and send the guide you requested.
• Usage data: standard technical information such as pages visited, device type, and, when advertising measurement is active, cookie-based identifiers used by the Meta pixel. Our legal pages, including this one, carry no advertising pixels.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders: ship your book, deliver the ebook, and set up your ARFID Ally app account and trial.
• To send transactional email: order confirmations, account and password emails, shipping updates, and a reminder before a trial converts to a paid membership.
• To send helpful email you'd expect, such as the quiz pattern guide, a note if you started an order and didn't finish, and occasional resources for ARFID families. You can opt out of non-transactional email at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the email or replying to it.
• To measure advertising, when the Meta pixel is active, so we can know which ads led to orders.
• To provide support when you contact us.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never use information about a child except what a parent chooses to enter, and it is used only to personalize that family's experience in the app.
• We never hold your family's data hostage. If a membership ends, everything you logged stays readable and yours, and you can request deletion at any time.

Children's privacy

Our website, book, and app are for parents and caregivers. Accounts belong to adults; children do not have accounts. Information about a child (such as a first name, age, or food preferences) exists only inside a parent's account, entered by the parent, and is used solely to personalize that family's tools. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

Who we share information with

Only service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase and Railway for secure hosting of accounts and orders
• Vercel for hosting this website
• Resend for sending email
• Meta for advertising measurement, when the pixel is active

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and payment-dispute purposes. Account data is kept while your account exists. Quiz and lead information is kept until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing email anytime via the link in the email or by replying to it.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information.

To exercise any of these, email support@arfidally.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws, and visitors from the EEA or UK, may have additional rights under their local law; we honor reasonable requests from anyone regardless of location.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what we collect in the first place.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
